Another ‘Aha’ moment introducing the Five Behaviors methodology

photo of Vicky Reddington presentingExcited as we complete the sound check to do one of my favourite sessions – introducing the Five Behaviors methodology to unite and align a team and, ultimately, an organisation.

This time, we’re in Hatfield with the Chartered Body for Project Management (APM), speaking to the East of England Branch.

Every time we run this session we see lightbulbs go off, teams realising the simple but powerful truths behind high performance. And that’s what makes it so rewarding.

The Five Behaviors framework is all about helping teams unite, align, and thrive. It’s about building the trust and clarity that drives real organisational impact. We love watching teams have those ‘aha!’ moments as they see the path to better collaboration and stronger results unfold.

And if you’re interested in our other recent talks, don’t miss our sessions from APM London and Southampton, where we explored Imposter Syndrome and the question: Should you fake it ‘til you make it? Should you “Fake it ‘til you make it?” – Amplified Group
