Vicky Reddington, a career progressive go-getter from starting off as a primary school teacher, moving into distribution to then joining the likes of Citrix and VMware. She talks about bringing new products to market and driving change and breaking new ground. From starting up new orgs within corporate to her very own business – Amplified Group. Passionate about People and how they power the tech industry. It’s not about the product – it’s about the people. She shares that managers can be leaders, lead a team and harness the energy of the team – the ability to bring the right people together and empower them to have the answers. A great conversation about building confidence in leadership through connecting people, finding your passion and maximizing your potential career growth.
During the conversation Vicky was asked, “How can you establish credibility if you are demonstrating vulnerability?”
Pondering this for a moment, Vicky believes there’s a super simple answer to this.
“Establishing credibility isn’t about having all the answers – it is about knowing what questions to ask to find the answers togethers.”
