Sam: Right, before we start, what’s the weather doing in deepest darkest Oxfordshire?
Vic: Honestly? 100 episodes in and you’re opening line is still the same.
Sam: It sets the tone. People expect it now.
And that pretty much sums up Get Amplified.
100 episodes.
100 conversations.
A lot of laughs, a fair few tangents and some genuinely brilliant insights in between.
Vic: When we started this, we had no idea what it would turn into, or how long it would run. It’s just real conversations with real people in the tech industry.
Sam: I know, just great chat digging into things we want to know more about.
Vic: Just what actually helps teams work better together to become high performing.
And that’s exactly what it’s become.
We’ve covered everything from:
- culture (the real kind, not the poster on the wall)
