I have been involved in recruitment for over 20 years. After learning the trade in a family run business, I took the plunge and set up my own company, which I have been running for nearly 20 years. Recruitment has evolved over the decades however the main reasons for vacancies hasn’t. They are predominantly down to bad culture or poor management and for a long time I never really gave that much thought. However, over the last 8-10 years we have looked at ways to help our clients reduce these root causes of attrition which has led me on a fascinating journey of discovery. We are now capable of looking at the whole people process from start to finish with the aim of providing our clients and candidates the data and insights they require to make that journey as enjoyable and rewarding as possible.
