Our founder, Vicky Reddington, had the amazing opportunity to present a community session at EUC Forum 2024 winter meeting in London.

Vic shared that there is an Operating System for building high performance teams (no, you don’t have to leave great teamwork to chance!) and provided some tips on how to improve team dynamics. We hear a lot about customer experience and user experience, Vic shared how it’s time for Team Experience.
Technology is powered by people and it’s how people work together that delivers an organisation’s competitive advantage. By implementing an Operating System for Teams through some simple steps, every manager can build a resilient, high performing team.
Following Brian Madden on to the main stage – who was absolutely on fire – was a little nerve racking for Vic, especially as her session required audience participation (not easy with 200 people in the room).
She didn’t need to be worried.
This technical audience absolutely embraced the topic and was blown away with the energy and how everyone threw themselves into the exercises.
