For nearly 40 years Jonathan Alexander has experienced leadership roles across the IT industry gained at IBM, BT, BMC Software and VMware. Most recently establishing and leading an EMEA wide team to successfully transform and energise a major line of business for VMware, working in partnership with the “factory” in California.
He has led and contributed to major change programmes and has experienced first-hand the criticality of winning hearts and minds to ensure the success of any endeavour.
