Day One Energy: Bringing an EMEA Leadership Team Together
Recently, we had the privilege of working with the Manhattan Associates EMEA Services leadership team as they came together for an important milestone: day one as a newly formed EMEA-wide leadership team.
Leadership Team Alignment Workshop Building Purpose, Trust and Clarity
What made this session stand out wasn’t just the depth of experience in the room, with many leaders bringing over 20 years’ tenure, but the mindset they chose to show up with. Instead of defaulting to “this is how we’ve always done it”, the energy was future-focused, open and grounded in a genuine desire to shape what comes next together.
The conversation centred on building trust, creating clarity and aligning around a shared purpose. Leaders were curious about one another, open in their reflections and committed to understanding how they want to operate as a team, not just individually, but collectively across regions.
This kind of work matters. When leadership teams invest time early to align on how they work together, they create the conditions for faster execution, stronger collaboration and better outcomes for their people and customers.
