Why do teams use it

The primary purpose of the team assessment is to arm your team with distinct areas for discussion around the five key behaviors – trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and results.

Who should use it

The team assessment is useful for teams as well as leaders of teams. Scoring is anonymous and allows for open discussion among the team as it works to establish better relationships.

How do teams use it

It is a per license (per person on the team) useage and the team member’s scores are averaged to provide an overall snapshot for the team. The questions are all equally weighted.
