Team Speed Indicator

“Probably one of the best insights that you can get into how your leadership team operates today and what can be achieved by maximising it’s potential. Just breaking down the silos is crucial to creating the environment for great collaboration.”

“This felt like a version of Gallup Q10, or Great Place to Work, but focused on team alignment and cohesion“

“The speed check is great! We partnered with Amplified to help us retain our fantastic culture and collaborative team spirit which enables us to execute at such a fast pace through our Hyper-Growth. This is what makes our Customer First Organisation such a great place to work; something we don’t want to lose! The Speed Check keeps us honest and is an important part of ensuring we continue to be focused on our team health and effectiveness as we scale.”

“If you are looking to build out a team then Amplified Group is a fantastic organisation to go on that journey with. They started with their Speed Check, which allowed us to clearly understand which areas to focus on first. We then moved to a workshop – lessons and tools were clear and concise. They were a partner in the process, taking time to listen and understand what we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Amplified Group to anyone. We saw tangible results from the work we undertook with them and it set us up for success.”

“We’ve actually seen real evidence [with the Team Speed Check] that the way that those individuals operate as a team and collaborate and communicate with purpose and clarity and simplicity, we’ve got evidence now that says those are the highest performing groups.

That’s been super, super powerful for us.”

“Working with Amplified Group gave us a clear, data-led view of how our team was performing – and more importantly, where we could improve. The Team Speed Check quickly highlighted areas we hadn’t seen, and the practical tools helped us align on priorities, improve collaboration, and build greater trust across the team.

The impact was immediate; conversations became more focused, decisions clearer, and we moved faster as a result. A heartfelt thank you to Vicky and the team – you’ve made a huge difference.”

“Working with Amplified Group was a game-changer for our leadership team. The Team Speed Check gave us clear, data-driven insight into where we could improve, and the practical tools helped us quickly turn that insight into action.

Understanding our team dynamics through DISC profiling not only improved how we communicate but created immediate alignment on what truly matters. We walked away energised, focused, and already seeing the impact in how we operate as a business.”
