The report is the output from the survey focused on the five tangible elements required for a high trust environment:

  • You are inspired and empowered
  • Loyalty is rewarded
  • There is a belief that the best idea wins
  • Failure and mistakes are treated as lessons
  • You have purpose and fulfilment and feel valued

With only 2% of all leaders surveyed experiencing a high score across all five elements, the survey delved deeper into the responses. It emerged that where a company was positioned in its own lifecycle, not how old it is, had a bearing on whether it was able to deliver a high trust culture or not.
