Vicky Reddington is a speaker, team coach, and consultant focused on making a difference for how people work together and the companies they work for in the IT industry. 

After 20 years of European and Global leadership positions in the IT industry, Vicky understood that it’s how people work together (TeamX™, or Team Experience) that delivers an organisation’s competitive advantage. Vicky co-founded the Amplified Group to help organisation’s build that capability to make work an enjoyable and rewarding place to be. Creating the game-changing Team Speed Check, teams are now able to measure their TeamX.
